    1. 1.1 SSC is an initiative that supports the wider Metals New Zealand activity of sustainability of metal products. The Sustainable Steel Council’s goals are: to be the representative voice of the steel and associated design and manufacturing industries; to promote the use of steel as a sustainable material in the building and construction industries; and to be the primary source of information for the steel industry.

    1. 2.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSC will not be liable for any damage, loss or expenses, or indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind, suffered or incurred by you in connection with your access to or use of this Site or the content on or accessed through it.
    2. 2.2 SSC will take prompt action to correct any error or inaccuracy which you bring to SSC's attention.
    3. 2.3 While SSC has taken reasonable care to ensure that the information obtainable from this Site is accurate, SSC provides the information on or accessed through this Site on an "as is" basis.
